Osmanoglu Engineering is the first company in the region which has got e license of the Turkish Government’s 6306 law of Urban Transformation Program and which continues to successfully perform all kind of projects related to renewal and strengthening of the all kinds of risky buildings. 

Safety and social responsibility are the main priorities of Osmanoglu Engineering, which are respected by the all stuff of the Company. At the same time, much effort is given to teach the importance of renewal of risky buildings.

After the destructive Marmara Earthquake back into 1999, it was clear that the performance of most of the constructions, was not strong enough and much more attention has been started to be given to strengthening working projects.

Osmanoglu Engineering was one of the first companies, which started to work on the performance calculations and strengthening projects, first of all, in Manisa and in all Aegean Region. At the date, Osmanoglu is one of the most trustworthy and well-known companies in the segment with multiple successfully finalized projects in the field.
